A quotation is based on the actual property and agreed requirements, not a blanket promise to undertake all construction work. For sheds and small outdoor structures, we can discuss access, the condition of the base, fixings and the next practical step. Waste removal is available only by prior agreement and must be confirmed in the individual scope. Extensions, conversions, structural alterations and regulated works are not included without confirmed capacity, the appropriate approvals and a properly defined delivery route.
