Carpentry and joinery work is best discussed through the practical outcome you want: an internal door adjusted, useful storage added, a timber detail repaired or a room given a considered focal point. The confirmed public scope includes internal doors and trim, shelving and storage, flooring details, timber floorboard repairs, minor joinery repairs and adjustments, and decorative wall panelling or TV feature wall preparation. For internal doors, skirting, frames and finishing details, the exact fitting or repair work is agreed before a quotation. Shelving and storage are planned around the available space, wall condition, intended use and suitable fixings. Flooring details and timber floorboard repairs are assessed around the existing substrate, moisture and any hidden damage. These services do not imply work to joists or structural subfloors. For wall panelling and TV feature walls, the finish, dimensions, cable route requirements and TV mounting requirements are agreed in advance. Electrical alterations are not included in this page and require an appropriately qualified electrician where needed. Structural carpentry, fire doors and certified works require separate competence and verification. They are not included in the current public scope unless that route is confirmed in writing.
