This service family includes general minor repairs, doors and ironmongery, shelving and wall fixtures, flat pack assembly, minor surface repairs, key safe supply and installation, and compatible door lock or smart lock fitting where an agreed scope is suitable. Before work is agreed, the property condition, access, materials, fixings and any making good are discussed. The quotation confirms the work included, any exclusions and the next practical step for the individual job. This page does not promise a 24/7 response, gas work, electrical installation, fire door work, structural work or a guaranteed security rating. Fire doors and work needing regulated or specialist competence are reviewed separately before any commitment is made. For conventional locks, cylinders or smart locks, product compatibility and the existing door need checking. Wiring, electrical alterations and access system integration are not included in the current public scope.
